Convert Your 7 Day Free Trial To A Full Myriad Cloud Subscription

To convert a free Myriad Cloud trial to a full subscription, follow these steps.

The remaining duration of your free Myriad Cloud trial is displayed in the banner running along the top of Broadcast.Radio Portal Dashboard tab.
You can convert your free trial into a full subscription at any time by clicking on the Start Your Subscription Today button. You must do this before your trial ends to continue to broadcast your station.
Choose the Myriad Cloud Plan you want to subscribe to. The default plan is Myriad Cloud Professional, which is the plan your free trial uses. To compare all Myriad Cloud Plans see -Myriad_Cloud_Feature_-_Price_Matrix_(May_2024).pdf (cdn-website.com) or click on the Compare Plans button.
Let’s switch to the Myriad Cloud Standard Plan. Click on the Choose button for the selected plan.
You can then select any upgrade Add-ons that you wish to add to your plan. In the example below, we have added some extra storage space to allow us to upload more content and OCP Pro for metatdata outputs. When you are ready, click on Add to basket.
The next page shows a summary of your Basket as well as a list of other services you may wish to add to your package.
You can also switch between monthly and annual payment models.
Click on Proceed to Checkout.
You get asked whether you would like to add any additional services such as:
- Alexa Skills
- Radio Websites
- Dedicated Mobile Apps
- BR Live Pro (1 x Room)
- View More Options – opens a full list of add-ons and extras.
Click on Proceed To Checkout and verify that you are over 18, agree to our terms of broadcast and are authorized to purchase on behalf of your station.
This will take you to our payment portal (provided by Stripe). You will see a summary of your subscription options on the left.
You can add a Promotional Code or Coupon if you have one.
Add your payment method details to the right.
Click on Subscribe. You may need to complete a further security check depending on your card issuer.
Once the process is completed successfully, you will be returned to your Broadcast.Radio portal. The subscribe banner should no longer be visible but if it is, refresh your webpage and it will be removed.
