Adding or Removing Add-on Products & Extra Services

Add-on Products relate specifically to a Myriad Cloud subscription and include:

Additional Storage
Audio Processing
Advanced Metadata Output (OCP Pro)
Advanced File Import (AutoImporter)
Enhanced Scheduling (Myriad Schedule Plus)

Extra Services are more general services that do not require a Myriad Cloud subscription (but may be add to or included with a Myriad Cloud subscription). These include:

Full Radio Websites
Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
Alexa Skills
BR Live Plus (up to 5 presenters or invited guests in live shows)
Additional BR Live Pro Audio Rooms (for point to point audio)

Accessing The Edit Subscription Window

To access the Edit Subscription window to allow you to add or removes Add-on products or Extra Services to your Myriad Cloud subscription plan, follow these steps:

Login to your Broadcast.Radio portal as a Super Admin.
Click on the Settings tab, and select Manage Subscription from the Organisation Settings section.
Alternatively, you can also access the Subscriptions using the Profile Menu in the top right of the portal.
This window shows you your current subscriptions as well as any cancelled subscriptions you have had in the past.
Click on the Subscription you want to add or remove products / services from.
This will show you your current plan as well as any extras or Add-ons you already have.
Click on the Add or Remove Products button.

This will open the Edit Subscription window which is used to Add Add-on Products, Extra Services or Remove Products & Services.

Adding Add-on Products

Add-on Products relate specifically to a Myriad Cloud subscription and include:

Advanced File Import (AutoImporter)
Enhanced Scheduling (Myriad Schedule Plus)

To add Add On products that are directly related to your subscription, follow these steps:

1. From the Edit Subscription window, click on the Edit Icon on your current base subscription.
2. On the Edit Subscription window, scroll down to the bottom section which will list all available Add-On's for your current package. In the example below, the Extra Storage Add On is already included in our subscription.
3. Tick any Add On's you would like to add and then click on the Update button. In the example below, we will add the Stereo Tool (audio processing) Add-on.
4. The selected Add-on products will be listed in the Edit Subscription window, click on the Modify Subscription button to confirm the additional Add-ons.
5. You may be required to confirm your password.
6. Once the Add-on product(s) are successfully enabled on your Myriad Cloud subscription, you will see them listed in the Edit Subscription window.

Adding Extra Services

Extra Services are more general services that do not require a Myriad Cloud subscription (but may be add to or included with a Myriad Cloud subscription). These include:

Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)
Alexa Skills
BR Live Plus (up to 5 presenters or invited guests in live shows)
Additional BR Live Pro Audio Rooms (for point to point audio

To add Extra Services that are not directly related to your subscription, follow these steps:

1. From the Edit Subscription window, click on the Click To Add Products button.
2. Click on the Choose button for any Extra Services you would like to add. We will add BR Live Plus in this example.
3. Your select Extra Service(s) will be displayed in the Edit Subscription window. To confirm your selection, click on the Update button.
4. Finally, click on the Modify Subscription button to confirm the changes and update your monthly billing.
  
  You may need to confirm your password.
5. Once the requested Extra Services have been enabled on your account, you will see an updated summary of your overall subscription.

Removing Add-On Products & Extra Services

You can remove Add-on Products and Extra Services as long as they are not part of your base Myriad Cloud Subscription plan. If you need to remove Add-ons or Extra Services that included with your base plan, you will need to change your base plan first.

To remove Add-ons or Extra services, follow these steps:

From the Edit Subscription window, click on the Delete icon by the Add-on Product or Extra Service you want to remove.
The selected item will be removed from the list. Click on Modify Subscription button to confirm the change.
You may be required to confirm your Password.
Once the Add-on Product or Extra Service has been removed (which can take several seconds), you will be returned your subscription summary
