Cancelling Your Myriad Cloud Subscription

If you want to cancel your Myriad Cloud subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Broadcast.Radio portal as a Super Admin.
  2. Click on the Settings tab, and select Manage Subscription from the Organisation Settings section.

  3. Alternatively, you can also access the Subscriptions using the Profile Menu in the top right of the portal.

  4. This window shows you your current subscriptions as well as any cancelled subscriptions you have had in the past.

  5. Click on the Subscription you want to cancel.

  6. This will show you your current plan as well as any extras or Add-ons you have. To cancel your subscription, click on the Cancel Subscription button.



  7. Your subscription will continue until the end of the currently billed period and you can change your mind at any point up to this date and time. 

    The system will confirm this date and time. If you want to proceed with the cancellation, click on the Yes button.




  8. You may need to confirm your password.



  9. The Edit Subscription window will now display a notification that your subscription is scheduled to cancel at the end of the current billing period. If you change your mind and would like to continue your subscription, click on the Renew button before the expiry date and time.
